Transaction Coordination

Jerrod first earned his Texas real estate license in 2016 and has built his work around the part of real estate he does best: keeping complex transactions organized, clearly communicated and moving toward closing.

He coordinates contract timelines, amendments, title and lender communication, inspections, repairs, appraisals, documentation and closing details for Green Door Group’s agents and clients. While a REALTOR®, Jerrod’s primary role is behind the scenes, supporting the brokerage rather than competing with its agents for business.

Marketing and Content

Before and alongside real estate, Jerrod developed more than 30 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, marketing and content development. His background includes art direction, branding, photography, social media, email campaigns, website content and search-focused real estate education.

That combination gives him a rare perspective on both sides of a transaction: the operational details required to reach closing and the communication and presentation that help buyers and sellers understand what comes next.

At Green Door Group, Jerrod helps translate real transaction experience into useful resources for Amarillo-area homeowners, buyers and sellers. He contributes to the brokerage’s local real estate articles, transaction systems, marketing materials and online presence, with particular attention to accuracy, clarity and practical guidance.

Amarillo Roots

Born in Amarillo, Jerrod moved to Kansas at age 12 and returned to Amarillo at 19. He and his wife, Mollie, have been married for 28 years and have two adult children. A longtime Amarillo homeowner with a deep interest in architecture, historic homes and interior design, Jerrod understands that a home is both a financial decision and a deeply personal space.
